Linux and Me

I am one of the greatest Linux enthusiastic. I love Linux not because of the free goodies it provides, but because it serves for the social cause. There is no doubt that, MS is afraid of Linux, because it cannot acquire it . Linux is one of the most powerful Operating System, serving the world.

My Role in Linux Awareness & Development:
As a Linux user, I would like to spread the awarness of the Linux to my friends and neighbors. I would like to develop my own Linux Distro, in my native language (Tamil) and make it popular. I would like to develop a DistroMaker Tool, which can create a Linux Distro within few minutes. The advantage of which is that each people can have their own distro with their favorite packages in their native language. The distros developed using this tool will be domain specific. For example consider a bank, which develops their own distro, their distro will concentrate mainly on security and packages necessary for security will be a major concern.

As a Linux developer, I would like to contribute most of my skills and knowledge to the open projects.

Currently, I am a member of the ILUG-Chennai and would like to contribute my best efforts to spread Linux awareness in our city (Chennai).
